She makes sure the girls are focused on their goal to become notice in the world today. She knows when its time to get serious, but she also has a humorous, fun side to her. People assume that since she's short for her age that people assume that she's her baby sisters age & Faye is Rashae's age! Rashae was in a beauty pageant and came in third place, also was a cheerleader for the Jacksonville Jaguars as a Jr. Roar!
